Report: Lazy Habits May Have Healthy Benefits
Yes! I knew it!
Bad Habits May Help Health
According to an article in the July issue of Glamour magazine, research shows drinking coffee, skipping the gym and gossiping and could be good for some people.
And as we all know, Glamour Magazine is the leading voice in scientific and health research!
sad but true.

Somehow I doubt a walk in the park burns the same calories as a workout in the gym. But I do like the sleeping in, drinking coffee and alcohol advice.
This is nonsense. "Gossip is good because it lets you blow off steam." So is punching people in the face. I'm surprised they didn't mention smoking is good, because spending all that money on cigarettes leaves you less burdened by materialistic things. Come on, most everything has some good, but these things are much more bad than good!
Note too that a study last year in the Lancet using statistical methods (rather than press reports as your link does) puts the civillian casualty count in Iraq at over 100,000.
(Meanwhile, genocide continues in Darfur while we stand aside and watch.)
apple, i don't believe it either. but on my laziest of days, I can pretend its true and make my motto:
Slacking: it does a body good.
slacking, drink beer, and smoking are my kind of exercises.
