That article is junk. It goes on and on about how you shouldn't marry a career women because they are more likely to cheat, get divorced, be unhappy, and so on. Then, at the end, he sheepishly reminds you that just because two things are correlated doesn't mean one causes the other -- even though he just spent the entire article claiming just that!

For example, it could just mean that the kind of guys who tend to be attracted to career women are the kinds of guys who make worse husbands, no matter whom they marry. So the moral would be, if you marry a career woman, take a look at what might be your own failings. Or that devout Christians are told by their pastors that they shouldn't get a job and that if they cheat or divorce they'll go to hell -- which would make women who don't work more likely to stay, but of course those that go to work are no less afraid of hellfire for straying. In which case the moral might be, marry a devout Christian, whether or not she is a career woman. There are just so many other possibilities, that this is stupid.

He might as well say, marry a tall woman, because taller people are better at sex. This is actually true-- because little children suck at it. It's easy to lie with statistics.
