It seems that nationwide, aftereclining for a decade, homicides are inching up again. However unlike in the past, where they were mainly related to drugs and gangs, it seems that most of the homicides today are from petty disputes. Like, a guy got cut off in traffic, and followed the guy home and killed him. People feeling that they've been disrespected, stuff like that. So apparently this wacko is a trend-setter.
So, you better be nice to everyone... or else!
